John Boseley - Managing Director

John has over 40 experience as a managing director, 24 tears since the creation of Jewelultra Ltd in July 1992 and previously over 16 years with Lacroe International Ltd. The company Jewelultra Ltd, prides itself on being a UK manufacture of specialised chemicals for the automotive – aircraft – marine – janitorial and industrial markets. Greatest achievement Apart from being married to the same person for over 50 years – 3 sons and 6 grandsons. The expansion and growth of Jewelultra Ltd with its own manufacturing, component assembling and distribution centre, supplying with the registered trademarks Diamondbrite – Lacroe and Jewelultra to over 100 countries. Building the company up to over 6 million pounds turnover, with the UK market - 54 per cent and export markets - 46 per cent of the company’s turnover. What makes Jewelultra different Family business, with members of the company’s staff worked for Jewelultra Ltd for over 20 years. What do you do when you aren’t working Spending time with family and friends, watching and following football, rugby and cricket and spending time in my orchard and gardening.

Robert Williams - Operations and Procurement Manager

Robert has been with Jewelultra Ltd since 2001 and has performed multiple rolls within the company in that time from UK & Export Order Processing, Office Management, UK Business Development and now Operations and Procurement. ‘I have been very fortunate to have been in the position to grow with Jewelultra Ltd as the company itself has developed and grown within the UK and around the world. I enjoy playing my part in a diverse and dynamic company with great ambition and passionate people.’ Greatest Achievement: Work wise my greatest achievement has been fully integrating our Manufacturing, Packing and Filling operations within our stock management and accounts program. Sounds boring and is, to most people, fortunately it’s the sort of thing I get a kick from. What makes Jewelultra different: Jewelultra Ltd is a British manufacturer that develops and makes a fantastic range of products that are then exported across the world, but at its core it remains a family run business with traditional values and a great team of people who work hard. When not working: Simply family life and all the excitement and adventure that entails with two very young children. If I can I try to sneak in some sleep.

Lee Parker - Financial Controller

I have worked in Finance roles for 17 years, developing my skills working for media agencies. My role within the Jewelultra team is as Financial Controller. Although Jewelultra is a family run traditional business, we do trade in many countries worldwide. This enables me to consider the financial practices around the world and implement processes to ensure a smooth and accurate transaction on every order. Greatest achievement I try to have a balance between mental and physical activities, therefore completing a Personal Trainer Award was a major achievement. Others achievements include completing half marathons and passing my vocational qualifications. What makes Jewelultra different? Jewelultra is different because they employ a person to develop in their role. This builds morale and ensures that each employee is fully trained from the core about Jewelultra. What do you do when you aren’t working? I like to travel, especially with friends.

Gordon Egan - National Business Development Manager

Gordon has an excellent all round knowledge of the motor industry having held senior management position with motor groups, suppliers and manufacturers. He considers it to be extremely advantageous in his current role to have a good understanding of how dealerships operate and the daily pressures that dealership management operate under. “Jewelultra Ltd are unique and a great company to work for. Being a manufacturer gives us a much greater deal of confidence in the products that we sell and with a lean management structure, communication within the company is effective and decisions get made quickly, which is extremely motivational for staff.” Away from work, Gordon has a busy family life, but still manages to fit a game of golf most weekends and gets to a game of football now and again.

Ian Rigby - National Business Development Manager

Ian has over 25 years’ experience in management, including 10 years with Jewelultra ltd - having been in his current role since 2013. Ian manages key accounts in the UK, and oversees all new business development including automotive, chemical, and leisure markets. Greatest achievement Maintaining a happy family life with 3 sons and 1 daughter. Oh…, and meeting HRH Prince Michael of Kent at the London Motor Show in 2016! What makes Jewelultra different? I thoroughly enjoy working for Jewelultra as it gives me the opportunity to develop existing business relationships while helping other staff members to be successful in their roles too. I was also selected as part of the support team when developing part of our global business, and have visited UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India! What do you do when you aren’t working? I love spending time with family and friends, and am an enthusiastic chef! Interested in most sports including motor racing, but I must be showing my age as am now enjoying gardening too!

Peter Harper - General Manager (Loughborough)

With over 20 years’ experience in the Chemical industry, most of which associated with the company, Peter has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Manufacturing, Production and Development. He started in chemical blending, and learnt about product development through his experiences He now manages the Loughborough site with a dedicated team of experienced staff. The site has grown four fold within the last 5 years. Where all aspects of production are handled in-house, from the manufacturing of finished products to despatch direct to customers all over the globe. A word from the man himself… “I would list working for Jewelultra for the past 15 years as one of my greatest achievements. In that time, we have grown from a small family business to a fully operational Manufacturing and Production site covering over an acre, which I have played a major part in. I have also developed many current products within the chemical range including, Car Shampoo, Waterless Wash Wax, Ruby Red Wheel cleaner and several Traffic Film Removers, to mention a few. No day is the same.” What makes Jewelultra different? “We listen, we don’t dictate. We always put the customer first, and welcome new and innovative ideas. We actively work to match the customers’ requirements.” Often heard to say… “Every day’s a school day…” What do you do when you aren’t working? “With a constant eye on development, I am usually thinking about new products, whether at work or not, but I am a born petrolhead, if it has an engine and wheels (or not), then I want a go…I love classic cars, and travel abroad with a car club to Nurburgring, Le Man and Spa. I have also completed a Sky Dive for charity and have learnt to Ski and SCUBA dive. So I am always up for a challenge. I love spending time with my family and frequently travel abroad on holiday.”

Neil Simmonds - Export Sales Manager

Neil has over 25 years’ experience within the retail automotive trade with 16 years of that being spent at Jewelultra in various positions within the UK and Global markets. Neil currently manages the companies export business in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the USA. “I enjoy working for a dynamic manufacturing company that produces a fantastic range of products, including Diamondbrite, which is the global leader in paint & interior protection products. Jewelultra has the state of the art R&D and Production facilities, which constantly strives in developing new and exciting products. All of this is made possible by a great team of supporting colleagues from within all departments. Greatest Achievement: Apart from my family achievements, which includes the birth of my son, my greatest achievements are winning new business, while also influencing a difference in the development of existing business. What makes Jewelultra Different? Being a quality global product manufacturer with ISO and Industry accreditations. What do you do when you are not working? I am an active member at Hever Castle Golf Club in Kent. When I am not travelling, I enjoy spending time of the golf course and time with my wife and son.

Lance Boseley - Marketing

Lance has over a 30 experience of sales and marketing in the Automotive Chemical and DIY Trades. He is now working for Jewelultra as their dedicated Marketing Consultant. He says ‘I see this an excellent opportunity to develop what is a well known and recognisable brand within Automotive Chemicals and more specifically Vehicle Paint and Fabric Protection. Jewelultra also offer a fantastic range of Car Care Chemicals where the scope for growth is tremendous. Matthew Westcott - Office Manager

Matthew has worked for Jewelultra Ltd for thirteen years, progressing onto his current role of office and IT management. He also plays a key role in the exports team organising documentation and transport. “Working for Jewelultra has been a hugely enjoyable experience and has allowed me to gain valuable insight into all aspects of the business. I believe there is still so much to learn and take great pleasure from passing on my experience to colleagues.” What makes Jewelultra Different? The positive attitude shown by everyone to reach new goals and keep aiming higher. What do you do when you are not working? Caring for my three cats, two guinea pigs and a rabbit. I am also a huge lover of music and am always digging for new and exciting sounds regardless of genre.

Gary Loveridge - Business Development Manager

Gary has over 30 years’ experience of sales & operation management In the Automotive Industry. He is now working for jewelultra as a dedicated business development Manager Covering the South & south West, South Wales, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and the Channel Islands. Tony Roberts - Business Development Manager

I have worked for Jewelultra for 9 years, previous to that I worked at Royal Mail for 13 months but the majority of my working life has been in a production environment. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Royal Mail I jumped at the chance to join Jewelultra and have not looked back since. It is a very rewarding and enjoyable occupation, even more so as it is a family business. Greatest achievements Winning a gold medal for diving whilst at school and playing a major part in the set up of a successful new business in Leeds in 1979 for whom I worked for 13 years but my family are what I am most proud of, I have 3 wonderful children and 4 fantastic grandchildren, 2 boys and 2 girls who keep me on my toes! What makes Jewelultra different? Being a family run business means everything is more personal and familiar and we are recognised as being part of a team, not just a number. What do you do when you aren’t working? Spend time with the grandchildren Eat out with friends Play snooker and golf when time and weather permits Spend time trying to keep my gardens neat and tidy.

Steve Gretton - Business Development Manager

Steve been working for Jewelultra since 2009 He says ‘I have worked in sales for over nearly 20 years from managing a shoe store for Brantano to B2B sales in commercial catering equipment. I love my job. I’m definitely a car nut so spending time within dealerships can be especially interesting. I cover Leicestershire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales. What makes Jewelultra different Jewelultra is one of the few firms to employ their area manager which means by nature we are focused on customer service not just where the next order is coming from! David Byrne - Business Development Manager Ireland

Dave has over 35 years in the Motor Industry encompassing Sales, Sales Management, Administration and General Management. So he completely understands the challenges that modern dealerships face when it comes to increasing margin and reducing costs. Dave is a family man, proud father of 3 children, based in County Meath so centrally located to look after all his Irish customers throughout the 32 counties. He is a fanatical golfer and a past Captain of his Club. Dave says: “Since joining Jewelutra I have seen how selling our leading Diamondbrite Paint, Leather and Fabric Protection can dramatically improve a dealer’s bottom line”. A Qualified Financial Advisor, Dave attained his accreditation from University College Dublin in 2014.

David Beney - Business Development Manager

David has over 20 years’ experience in sales within the motor industry at both main car dealers and out in the field. He is now working for Jewelultra as their dedicated Business Development Manager covering Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire, Norfolk, Suffolk Essex and Hertfordshire. He says ‘Jewelultra is a fantastic company with an industry leading catalogue of chemical products. I have had experience of Diamondbrite through my car sales days and am very proud to have the opportunity to now be selling this product into the motor industry. I have grown my portfolio of customers over the last two years and now have some very successful dealers benefiting from our products and my sales support. Matt Boseley - Export Business Development Manager

As a export business development manager at Jewelultra Ltd I am constantly striving to create opportunities for our organization and customers growth. I have am all way’s looking for new customers and persuade existing ones of the extra services, they can offer not only to business but also the end customer. Since the new branding slit has taken place I feel it has given Jewelultra Ltd a better opportunity in all aspects of automotive cleaning/detailing, as well as our specialist coatings and sealants. Lawrence Joseph - Business Development Manager

Lawrence has worked in the motor industry for over 20 years, predominantly in sales, for main car dealerships and out in the field. He is now working for Jewelultra as their Business Development Manager covering the South East of England. Having Sold Diamondbrite in the past as a Sales Executive Lawrence says “This is a great opportunity for me, I have seen just how good Diamondbrite works, when I was selling it to customers, and how lots of customers asked for Diamondbrite again when they came back to purchase another car. I am seeing my portfolio significantly increase in size as I truly believe we are the best paint protection on the market! I am one of those people who loves going to work!” Personal time: “I spend my spare time running round after my daughter who shares her father’s passion of riding horses.”
