Dealerships to benefit from new Diamondbrite online training solution
Jewelultra has launched a tailored online training solution for businesses to help them more successfully close sales of the Diamondbrite paint and fabric protection system. The bespoke portal enables retailer and dealership staff to develop and refine valuable selling skills, giving them confidence to present the products to customers and generate crucial additional income.
Market-leading Diamondbrite is an advanced two-stage chemical paint and fabric protection product. Although it is a UK market-leader, Diamondbrite is exported to dealer groups around the world. The British chemicals manufacturer partnered with Spartan Retail Support, a leading provider of sales training services, to develop the training programme to give its global customer base a consistent level of top quality, highly effective, timely sales training. Diamondbrite is the first paint protection brand to collaborate with Spartan Retail Support on such an online resource.
The online training portal will have a phased introduction to existing customers through the third quarter of 2018.

This new approach to sales staff development is delivered via an online course that can be shared with any existing or new member of staff immediately. The course includes professionally-produced HD quality videos to introduce Diamondbrite, point of sale material and best practice techniques for informing customers about the system’s benefits. Managers can monitor the progress of individual team members through the training programme by accessing reports and an in-built quiz.
